MediaTek vs Snapdragon – C48

Good Morning all , This is for all the ardent users of Smartphones ( I know everyone uses it today ūüôā hehehe ūüôā )¬† . I read it sometime back and thought of sharing it with you all.¬†

1.) MediaTek:

It is a Taiwanese company. It uses more cores in it’s processors(like octa core, hexa core, deca core).

Battery Life:

The MediaTek chipsets are known to be more power draining and results in less battery life. Now they are optimizing their processors to be more power efficient but still lags behind their competition in terms of battery life.

Performance:

Performance wise their processors are very good. Due the availability of extra cores, MediaTek processors can handle intensive and heavy tasks and they are very good at multi-tasking. But we can see all this practically if we have sufficient Ram. Yes more cores demand more Ram to give best performance.

Heating Problem

Now coming to the heating problem. All the processors deliver heat while performing tasks. MediaTek processors deliver more heat(more cores=more heat) than the others.

Graphics:

Coming to graphics, MediaTek employs Mali graphics which is a third party graphics vendor(So graphics architecture is different from CPU and its performance may not match with CPU). It is really important to match the performances of CPU and gpu(graphics) so that the whole chipset performs efficiently and effectively.

2.)Snapdragon:

Snapdragon chipsets are manufactured by Qualcomm (American) company.

Snapdragon chipsets are not only just CPU’s they incorporate other many processors in their chipsets. This is the main difference between Snapdragon and other chipsets.

Snapdragon chipsets are named as SoC’s(System on chip) which means their chipsets(SoC’s) have a CPU,GPU(Adreno Graphics),Image processor, Media processor, DSP(Digital Signal Processor),Cellular Modem unit, Wifi Modue, Radio Module, GPS Module,…etc. All these modules and Processors are inside of a snapdragon chip.Yes they incorporated all these things inside their chips. Hence their chips are costly.

Battery Life:

Snapdragon chipsets are best in terms of power efficiency compared to all other chipsets.

Performance:

Performance wise they perform really well. In multi-tasking, gaming, handling heavy and intensive tasks they are very good.

Heating Problem:

Snapdragon Processors generally deliver less heat compared to MediaTek and Intel Atom(Except the Snapdragon 810 Chipset-that faced many heating issues.)

Graphics:

Coming to graphics, they manufacture their own graphics called Adreno Graphics and incorporate into their chips. So here the performance of CPU and gpu are matched.

The Lakshman Jhula, a 450 feet long suspension bridge was built in 1939. A newer bridge the Ram Jhula has been added recently. The Ganga abounds in fish Offerings of puffed rice are made to these creatures. Rishikesh is also known for Yoga captial of India. It is 25KM from Haridwar . It is known as the pilgrimage town and regarded as one of the holiest places to Hindus. Hindu sages and saints have visited Rishikesh since ancient times to meditate in search of higher knowledge. Non Vegetarian food and alcohol is not allowed in  this town due to religious significance.

How to Reach –¬†

There are excellent connectivity from Delhi for the people coming from other parts of India. For the people in North India, I see reaching Rishikesh from Dehradun is very close as it is only 40 + km . The choice is yours by the way. I reached Rishikesh from Delhi as it is one of worst bus travel ever in my life so far. Through out the night I didn’t sleep at all.

Best Month to Visit –

I visited Rishikesh in the Month of March. The climate was pretty cool  in that month and you can explore a lot as well. River rafting activities are very famous in Rishikesh , If you have more time, you could explore and enjoy.

Things Never get bored in Life – No:1 – C47

1.Baby

Is there a need to compose a POETRY looking at an baby’s Face ?A BABY itself is a POETRY…. A baby’s expression when it wakes up in the Morning can be compared with anything¬† ??? . Baby’s expression will NEVER be exhausting especially when he/she cry & smile only for the first time for a Mom :). Of course all these moments can be captured and cherished now a days with the technology

Baby teaches us what is Self Confidence …?? Surprising , Yes…

Have you ever noticed when a child tries to walk for a First time, 200 % sure, the kid WILL fell down . He/she going to cry for a life time and mom should be very busy in comforting the kid . Don’t we assume that kid will never try to walk, No, it WILL try with a innocent smile and going to try once again…. Failure and crying is going to be a spin loop here for a while, when the baby actually succeeds it teaches us a very important lesson in our life that Failure is just an interruption and not the end result and we shouldn’t keep our-self low when we lose something as our efforts shouldn’t be stopped at any time, one day we will succeed.
